Solution Hello!

Please REFRESH your screen or sign in again to www.renegadehealth.com. The video will then start playing. If it does not, please allow a good minute for it to load. If it does stop, refresh your browser and scroll to the point where you left off previously.

Other Viewing Tips:

I do have some tips, just in case the video is slow... It's likely not our server, it's your internet connection. If you have DSL, Cable or Broadband you're going to be OK.

If it is slow, you can make sure you close everything else out on your computer and worse case, you can pause it for a minute or so and let the download catch up. ;-)

If you have dial up, it's going to be tougher... you're likely better off calling in or listening to the audio podcast. (Click here!)

If you do want to watch with dial up, I'd suggest starting the program, then pausing it and then waiting for 10-15 minutes and it will load for you while it's pausing!
