 The podcast call isn't working, what should I do?
Solution Sometimes because of volume the podcast takes a few seconds or minutes to play.

So if you press "Play" and the call doesn't play, here's what you can do.

1. First hit "Refresh" in your browser to see if it didn't load correctly. (If you're using IE or Firefox, hit the "Shift" key and "Refresh" at the same time)

2. Try the "Play" button again.

3. Wait 2-3 minutes to see if it starts playing.

Do this same routine if you don't see the player at all. :-)

If this doesn't work, you may need a flash player. Most computers come equipped with this, but some older ones or brand new ones may not have it installed. This is a free plugin that you can download at this link:

Just follow the instructions and you should be good!
